Bump & Groove

Our Creator of Play, Natalie, has been creating a human(!) and is on the home stretch. So, before she takes a little time off we'd love you to join us on the dance floor Friday 30th June 2pm-3.30pm for a juicy, satisfying Groovement.

With extra sensitivity and awareness to our body, breath, and connectedness, we shall play, explore and dance! Let's relish in the pleasure of movement for movements sake, and let groove take hold. Then we'll tie it all together to finish with a choreographed sequence - last time we got down and funky, this time we're going sensual, earthy, juicy!!
