Reuben Feels were asked to take the theatre of this well loved clandestine dining experience to the next level. Casting, scripting, and directing scenes to transform this theatrical dining bonanza into a fully immersive experience.
Catching a ride on the ferryman’s rickety long boat, our intrepid culinary explorers ventured through 5 different dining dimensions. Each revealed the island of Singapore’s best kept secrets. First there was the dank, tiger riddled jungle with it’s delicious canapé canopy, then the bustling market with our Hawker and his operatic habits, the tranquil rest stop with smoky cocktail, followed by the home cooked delights of our Peranakan house and finally a dancing digital glimpse of the future of The Secret Island.
The original 3 month run of Chambers of Flavour sold out in minutes (so much traffic the site crashed). Extended two further times due to demand, the full run totalled 9 months, the entire show sold out.
In all honesty this was one of the most incredible things I’ve ever done. My wife and I have a 10 week old baby and this was the first time he had been looked after by his grandparents so it was a pretty momentous occasion. To see my wife truly and absolutely entertained, enthralled, absorbed and importantly relaxed was a delight. We were comfortable from the offset with special mentions to our ferryman who started our journey and our entertainers along the way. Our whole group for the journey were laughing, giggling and guffawing on our multi-dimensional trip and we all could not wait for the next one. Triple thumbs up!!

The attention to detail was amazing and I loved the contrasting rooms. Having travelled through Asia you got it spot on, even down to the different smells in the rooms. The actors were brilliant
